Our fitting team have done a great job of transforming the exterior of this detached house in Newark, Nottinghamshire. The extensive work included completely replacing all the fascia, soffits, and guttering with black uPVC components.
To achieve a modern and sophisticated look, we installed black ash fascia and soffit boards, complemented by a black square gutter system. The choice of materials adds both durability and visual appeal to the property.
Moreover, the wood cladding on the gable end and below the bay window was entirely removed. In its place, we installed new felt and battens, along with striking midnight black Hardie® Plank cladding. This update not only enhances the house’s aesthetic but also ensures long-lasting protection against the elements.
