Our installation team has just completed work on this detached house in Swansea. All the old Tudor boards had started to decay and the customer wanted a maintenance free solution which wouldn’t require painting.

After installation with new Replica Wood mock Tudor, white composite render board, black fascia and guttering
Our fitters completely replaced the old wooden Tudor beams with mock Tudor beams made from polyurethane.
In conjunction with installing the Replica Wood beams, we installed white composite render panels. These panels are fixed to the exterior wall before we install the mock Tudor and do away with the need to paint the rendered exterior wall.
Timber mock Tudor beams require maintenance whereas Replica Wood mock Tudor beams are made of polyurethane and offer a long-lasting, low maintenance solution that don’t require painting.
Alongside the mock Tudor installation, the fitters also replaced all the wooden fascia boards with black UPVC and installed new black square guttering.
