Fascia and Soffit Replacement

The cost of replacing your fascia, soffits, and guttering depends on three factors: the size of your property, the specification required and the ease of access to the roofline. A surveyor will visit to measure your property accurately and determine whether our own scaffolding or traditional scaffolding is needed. Traditional scaffolding may be necessary for overcoming obstacles like conservatories or gable ends where access is too tight for our Easi-Dec system to be used safely.

The typical cost to fully replace all the fascia, soffits and guttering on a standard semi-detached house in uPVC would be around £2516 including VAT for white and £2698 including VAT for coloured fascia and soffit. The higher price is due to the higher cost of the materials.

A standard detached house would be around £3349 including VAT for white and £3609 including VAT for coloured, a standard bungalow would be  approximately £3981 including VAT for white and £4183 including VAT for coloured and a standard terrace front and back around £1640 including VAT for white and £1726 for coloured.

These prices assume that we can access the work area using our own access equipment. Obstructions or restrictive access can incur additional scaffolding charges.

Also these prices assume that there is NOT any asbestos to be removed. We are trained to handle asbestos however, there is normally additional charges to dispose of asbestos in accordance with legislation.

As these prices are intended only as a guide only, a surveyor will still need to visit your property to give you a fixed quotation.
