Our expert fitting team in Portsmouth undertook a comprehensive roofline renovation on a large detached property. The project involved the complete removal of all existing fascia, soffits, and guttering, which were then replaced with durable, low-maintenance white uPVC components.
To ensure safe and efficient access to the bargeboards on the two large dormer windows at the front of the property, scaffolding was erected. This also facilitated the replacement of the fascia, soffits, and guttering above the porch on the two smaller dormer windows.
The porch’s two pillars, originally clad in timber and painted white, were stripped of their old cladding. They were then refitted with white uPVC to seamlessly match the new roofline installation.
In addition to the main house, the detached garage also received a full upgrade. The fascia, soffits, and guttering were replaced with the same high-quality white uPVC materials.
The entire roofline specification for this project included white uPVC fascias and soffits, complemented by white uPVC ogee guttering, ensuring a cohesive and aesthetically pleasing finish across the property.
