Exterior Renovation by The Fascia Division
The Fascia Division has completed a comprehensive exterior renovation of a detached property in Portsmouth.
Our team removed the existing PVC guttering and wooden fascia boards. Given the house had open eaves, there were no soffit boards initially.
The client chose to enclose the eaves with tongue and groove soffit boards. Ventilation for the rafter ends and roof space is provided by over-fascia ventilation strips, affixed to the top of the new uPVC fascia boards.
The roofline specifications included:
- Cream foiled fascia boards
- Cream foiled hollow soffit boards
- Black uPVC half-round guttering
- Cream foiled shiplap cladding on the bay window apex
New uPVC Windows
Following the completion of the fascias, soffits, and guttering installation, our window fitting team replaced all windows with new uPVC flush casement windows in cream, matching the roofline. These high-end double-glazed units completed the transformation, leaving our customer highly satisfied.
