Our team of expert installers recently completed a full replacement of all the fascia, soffits, guttering and cladding on this detached house in Elsham.

The customer wanted the uPVC fascia and soffit to match the colour of the windows. The Fascia Division can colour uPVC to any RAL colour, this is done prior to fitting and is brought to site by our fitting teams on the day of installation. As well as all the fascia and soffit, two gallow brackets on the dormer window were replaced with new brackets which were also coloured.

Walnut Brown Marley Cedral click cladding was fitted to the dormer window apex, below the bay window and on the garage.

At the rear of the property was a large extension which had recently been built. Our roofing team installed structural decking and a new GRP roof with trims.
