Our team of fitters performed a complete transformation on this property by replacing the old faded PVC guttering and deteriorating wooden fascia and soffit, with new uPVC fascia, soffits, and guttering

Our installation team recently replaced all fascias, soffits, and guttering on a mock Tudor-fronted detached house and garage in Chaldon, Caterham. The original wooden fascia and soffit had deteriorated significantly, as evident in the ‘before’ photo. After removing the old materials, our fitters inspected the exposed end rafters for decay and water damage, treating them as necessary.
The updated house now boasts Rosewood Woodgrain uPVC fascia, white uPVC flat soffits, and black uPVC round guttering.
No unsightly soffit vents were required as we use over fascia ventilation strips. Ventilation strips are fixed to the top edge of the fascia boards allowing continuous ventilation into the roof space.
Upon completion of the installation, our team thoroughly cleaned the work area and all the old roofline materials were removed for recycling.
