Our fitters replaced all the fascia, soffits and guttering on this detached house in Sleaford with UPVC.

Fascias, soffits and guttering installation details

The access around this property was clear enough for our fitters to use their EasiDec access system which can be put up and removed on the day, so scaffolding was not required.

All the old fascias, soffits and guttering were completely removed and replaced with UPVC. We installed rosewood fascia boards, white tongue and groove soffits and a brown square guttering system.

Rosewood UPVC shiplap cladding was fitted to the dormer window apex and the porch.

We also installed over fascia ventilation strips, these are fixed to the top edge of the fascia board and do away with the need for unsightly soffit vents. Over fascia ventilation creates a continuous air gap and therefore ventilating the roof space.
