UPVC fascia and soffit replacement

Our team of fitters have just finished restoring the roofline / gable end on this semi-detached period property in Bournemouth. They used black ash UPVC fascia board, white UPVC tongue & groove soffits with black half-round guttering to match the original features.

Even on period houses, replacing the traditional wooden fascias and soffits with UPVC has many benefits including; UPVC is durable and has a long lifespan which does not need regular painting or maintenance and UPVC does not rot, split or warp like wood.
