New installation of uPVC cladding, fascias and soffits on a house in Southampton

Our team of skilled fitters have recently completed a full replacement of all fascia, soffits, and guttering, in addition to installing new cladding on a detached house in Southampton.

The cement render on the gable end was found to be in poor condition and required repointing by the fitting team.

The original fascia, soffits, and guttering were completely removed and replaced with white uPVC fascia and soffits, with anthracite round guttering.

To modernise the aesthetic of the house, anthracite uPVC cladding was affixed to the apex of the dormer. This not only concealed the pebble dash render but also facilitated our team in neatly boxing in and refining the area around the bay window.
