Our skilled team of fitters undertook a remarkable transformation of this property in Swanwick. They removed all the old cladding around the house. After clearing away the old materials, they proceeded to install new breather felt membrane and fresh battens, meticulously preparing the surface for the upcoming cladding.

Additionally, we replaced all the fascia, soffits, and guttering with pristine white uPVC, ensuring a clean and cohesive appearance.

To elevate the home’s aesthetic, we introduced  Slate Grey Hardie® Plank cladding in place of the old PVC cladding. This contemporary addition imbued the home with a completely new and modern look, enhancing its overall appeal.

Along with the installation we also re-pointed the tile verges where the old cement had started to crumble.
