Complete refurbishment of the roofline with decorative fascia and Replica Wood Tudor boards

On this refurbishment project in Southampton, our installers completely removed all the old mock Tudor beams, fascia boards and soffits and replaced them with modern, long lasting maintenance free materials.

White composite render board was fixed to the apex of the gable end which does away with the need to constantly maintain the cement render. Composite render board is coated and doesn’t require any painting or maintenance.

Replica Wood Tudor Boards were used as a direct replacement for the original wooden timber boards.

In keeping with more of the original features of this period house and inline with the other surrounding houses, our installers used ogee fascia boards and UPVC decorative bargeboards.
