Replace fascia, soffit and guttering on a property with damaged wooden fascias caused by birds

The roofline on this semi-detached property in Hook required a full replacement due to damage casued by birds. On both the upper and lower level elevations, the wooden fascia board had holes and in some areas parts of the guttering was missing.

We completely removed all the old guttering, wooden fascia and soffit and replaced with new UPVC. We installed new UPVC white shiplap cladding on the porch, white tongue and groove soffit, white fascia with white square guttering. We installed eaves protection boards and bird guards

As with all our jobs, all the old materials we remove are sent for recycling.
