Exterior refurbishment details
The Fascia Division has expertly renovated the exterior of this property, providing a comprehensive transformation. The previously installed uPVC cladding on the dormer was marred by dirt and deterioration, necessitating repairs, while the existing fascia, soffits, and guttering exhibited signs of wear and required urgent replacement.
A notable disparity was observed in the property’s dormer exteriors: the front featured a tile-hung finish, in contrast to the uPVC cladding at the rear.
In pursuit of a harmonious appearance, the homeowner opted for fibre cement Hardie Plank cladding to uniformly adorn both the front and rear dormers, as well as the gable ends.
The renovation encompassed a complete overhaul of the fascia, soffits, and guttering, which were replaced with pristine white uPVC fascias and soffits, complemented by black deep flow guttering, enhancing the property’s aesthetic and structural integrity.
The garage’s flat roofing required significant refurbishment due to the aged and leaking mineral felt. Our team meticulously stripped away the deteriorated felt and timber boarding, subsequently installing new OSB board. The upgrade was completed with the application of a GRP roof, ensuring a robust and watertight finish.
