Full replacement fascias, soffits and gutttering
Our installation team recently replaced all the fascia, soffits, and guttering on a detached house in Essex with new, low-maintenance uPVC.
With the property having 6 dormer windows and a porch on the main house and a detached garage there was plenty of work for team to do.
The fitters removed the old fascia, soffits, and guttering, checked the exposed end rafters for decay and water damage, and treated them as needed.
The house now features white uPVC fascia and soffits, black uPVC round guttering, over fascia ventilation, eaves protection boards, bird guards, and a gutter guard. After completing the installation, we thoroughly cleaned the work area and disposed of the old roofline materials.
